The business units of transportation logisticsand warehouse will be continued and strategically expanded, the letter tells. Thetransaction still requires appropriate committee decisions by ÖBB Holding,“which are expected by the end of this month at the latest, as well as theacceptance of the binding offer by ÖBB and Q Logistics”.
